But you can actively discover and deepen your interest.” Passion, combined with perseverance – are the most important ingredients that will drive you into committing the kind of “difficult, effortful, and sometimes frustrating practice” that truly makes you better over time.

Just as business know-how can be learned and taught, the experience can be bought as well. How? By employing the right key people in the right areas of your business. Doing so can help you equip your organisation with a wealth of experience and background knowledge that you may never gain in a lifetime of working.
However, although you need a strong and experienced people around you, it’s highly unlikely that they’ll share the same level of desire and passion for your business as you. Therefore, it’s your passion and desire which should undoubtedly be the main driver in your business.
