Overcoming the CRM Adoption Bell Curve

Using a CRM for your business is a necessity, but implementing it shouldn’t be to complicated.

Any client-facing professional who has used a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for work understands the incredible value it can provide. These systems integrate with accounting, marketing, and other software applications. They collect all of the information you need in one easy-to-access place, and improve management’s ability to provide direction and encouragement. Of course, the system only works if people are willing to use it.

A CRM Doesn’t Need to be an Obstacle

Rolling out any type of new software or platform for your company is going to have hiccups and frustrations. Since CRM touches so many aspects of your business, compatibility, versatility, and customization are crucial factors. If you attempt to implement a CRM platform that doesn’t work with your existing applications, you’re going to have a difficult time getting everything copasetic without aggravating your usual operations. A failed software launch can be incredibly disruptive, so take the time to fully investigate the capabilities of a CRM platform and the issues you’re likely to encounter with it before committing to it.

Hello,

Welcome to Marketing Fridays episode seven! Today we are going to talk about the differences between automatic or automated marketing, or marketing automation automation vs. manual processes or manual marketing, and we are going to highlight the benefits and the pitfalls of both approaches. Then we are going to be discussing visually the differences between automated process and manual process. Let's begin!

First, we have highlighted on the left side the manual marketing process and on the right, the automated marketing process. I came up with different tactics to compare these two types of processes, so you can really figure out what are the benefits of doing automated marketing in the end.

So the first one says time for setup. On average it will take pretty much the same time to setup manual processes as well as automated processes, in the sense that both of them require similar things such as email templates or steps in order to begin the process of marketing. You might have a little more work to do for automated marketing in terms of working with technology, but let's say that an average it's going to be about the same.

Learn how to optimize your business through the use of technology, specifically focusing on the sales and marketing side. I will explain 12 specific tricks that will help you.

Why does Automation matter?

Because in today's technology there is a lot that you can do, but many other things that you can let robots do, so you don't have to. Thus, you can spend your valuable time doing other things.

When I set up the company about 3 years ago I thought that I was the new guy in town and there's a lot of competition in the industry. I needed to make it look like I am a huge company, but not yet. We started with just me and my business partner, and the reality was that without an office at the time, the idea was that we wanted people to believe that we were a much bigger company. You can do this through technology. This is a back story about what pushes me to find solutions that with technology can help me save time. So instead of me having to hire a bigger team, I can do a lot of things through the use of technology.

Many of our clients, as well as many of my friends, have businesses in which they tell me they spend so much time doing things that do not generate them money. In this case: "I spend too much time trying to get clients to pay me instead of focusing on getting new clients".

You should be trying to focus if you are a business owner in getting more clients and grow your business rather than just spending time with this boring task and trying to get someone to pay you or doing project management things. One of the ways that we can help you focus your time on what is best is by using technology and different tools that exist today.

Do you feel like you spend too much time working within the business instead of trying to grow it or get more clients?

The Industrial Revolution, which began in the 1700s, was a critical turning point for mankind because it allowed businesses to manufacture and produce items faster, cheaper and more efficiently by use of machines.

After reading this, you should find yourself seeking out automation technologies for an “Industrial Revolution” within your own business.

However, instead of helping you find technologies that will increase production of your merchandise, I’m going to educate you on one type of modern computer technology that will improve sales and efficiency while reducing costs and human error.

Lead scoring is an effective tool in the marketing and sales process, yet many companies are not using it.

By scoring prospective customers, you can develop more effective targeting strategies to maximize conversion rates.

Learn about the basics of lead scoring to increase the efficiency of your lead generation tactics.

Have you heard of the best CRM + Sales & Marketing automation software for small businesses?

In case you haven't heard, AgileCRM is one of the best and most complete web-based CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system + business automation software that exists for entrepreneurs, family businesses, local small companies, or any organization on a tight budget who wants to keep it's monthly software costs as low as possible.

As a small business ourselves, we've been in the constant lookout for finding the best value for our money when it comes to investing in monthly Software-as-a-service sales and marketing apps. Before we switched to AgileCRM in January of 2016, our marketing agency was using Solve360 as our main CRM + project management tool. Solve360 was great, but we knew we needed a much better CRM system that included E-mail marketing automation and more advanced tools for a modern and technology savvy company like ours.
